Since 1912, the Gonzales family has been distributing saffron from Albacete, a Spanish city in the famous “La Mancha” region. Safinter SA has its own agricultural infrastructure in the Castile – La Mancha region where saffron is grown. In recent decades, large investments have been made to improve the types and mechanize all production. The goal is to obtain a superior quality of La Mancha saffron from production to harvesting and drying.
